-- SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS --

Due to the delicate nature of this invitation suite, we recommend using the hand-cancelling service when posting your invitations. This helps protect embellished envelopes and the acrylic airplane tag from damage during automated sorting.

For extra protection, we recommend placing the invitation suite inside a padded envelope or mailer before posting.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delays caused during postal handling once your invitations have been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding.

For personalised sets, you will receive a template via email within 1 day of payment confirmation, allowing you to add your wedding wording.

Within 2–3 working days of receiving your details, you will receive a digital proof by email for approval. Your package includes 3 complimentary rounds of revisions, and we will work with you to perfect every detail of your invitation suite. 

Production will begin only once the final proof has been approved. 

Please allow 10–15 working days for production from the date of final proof approval.

We always recommend ordering a few extra invitations to allow for any last-minute changes or additional guests you may have overlooked.
